Returns
CUSTOM ORDERS are NOT eligible for a refund. We will however remake a custom order if we made an error. In order to receive approval to have part of your order (or all) remade due to our error, the buyer must return the product (at their expense) to the seller for inspection. All returns should be postmarked no later than 5 days after original delivery has occurred.
